    • 2 extra things to check
      • Neck - no obvious neck thyroid masses
      • Hands for dupuytren's disease
    • Take history for diabetes, smoking, autoimmune conditions, cardiac disease and history of trauma and shoulder pain causing secondary frozen shoulder
